Beer, Liquor and Wine

We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your banquet. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State of New York. Webster Golf Club, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations. It is our policy that no liquor, beer or wine be brought into the facility from any outside sources.


No food is to be brought in or on the premises, except from a Monroe County Health Department approved bakery.

Minimum Requirements*

The minimum number of guests required is as follows:

  • Saturday evening events (Memorial Day weekend through September): 125 guests
  • All other days or evenings: 50 guests

*Note: The exception to our minimum requirement for guests is for our Champagne Brunch, which will require a minimum of 40 guests.

Deposits and Cancellations

Webster Golf Club requires a $500.00 deposit to secure your chosen date. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill at full value. Additional deposits for weddings are as follows: Six months prior to the date of the reception, customer will pay 30% of the banquet fees based on the menu selection and number of expected guests provided to Webster Golf Club when the contract is signed. Three months prior to the date of the banquet, customer will pay 20% of the banquet fees based on the menu selection and number of expected guests provided to Webster Golf Club when the contract is signed. In the event that your banquet should cancel, YOUR DEPOSIT and ANY PRE- PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You must also provide a written notification. Your deposit is not transferable to another person or group. You may apply your initial deposit toward a function held within one year from the original date booked. If you should cancel and re-book your function, a second deposit will be required. All deposits become property of Webster Golf Club.


We must have your final guaranteed number of guests 24 hours prior to your banquet. If no guarantee is given, the number noted last will be used and you will be charged for this number of anticipated guests. We will be prepared to serve 5% more than the guaranteed number in case there are additional attendees.


All payments are due the week prior to your function. Payment can be made in the form of cash, certified check or money order. Credit cards are NOT accepted. If legal fees are incurred by Webster Golf Club regarding collection of your bill, you will be charged for all legal expenses.


There is no charge for children 5 years old and under. Children 6 to 12 years old will be charged 1/2 price, and 13 years old and over will be charged the regular guest price, not withstanding minimum requirements.

Banquet Hours

  • Saturday evening receptions start at 6pm (unless a different time is approved by management) and have no required end time.
  • Saturday afternoon receptions start at anytime, but must end by 5pm.
  • Friday or Sunday receptions are to be announced.


Decorations or displays brought into Webster Golf Club must be approved prior to arrival. Items may not be attached with nails, staples, tape or any other substance in order to prevent damage to our property.


Webster Golf Club shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any property brought into the Golf Club.


All food and beverage prices are subject to 8% New York sales tax.
